We are focused on investments in companies meeting the following criteria
Type: We are interested in a variety of potential investments including corporate or asset acquisition, direct equity investment, or providing growth capital. We have a preference for control positions but will consider non-controlling interests and co-investments.
Industry: We are interested in opportunities in business services, manufacturing, distribution, energy, technology, health care, and real estate. We have limited interest in retail operations.
Stage: We are primarily interested in profitable companies with a proven business model and high growth potential. We will consider development stage opportunities in high growth sectors such as renewable energy and value investments in real estate.
Geography: We have a preference for Texas based companies, particularly in Central Texas, but will consider other domestic opportunities on a case by case basis.
Size: We are interested in small to middle market entities with sales between $1 million and $10 million. We have extensive contacts with other private equity investors and will consider co-investment in larger entities.
Likely investment candidates would include entrepreneurs seeking a liquidity event, growth capital, or an investment partner with complementary managerial, financial or marketing skills. Additionally, we bring family business owners an opportunity for diversification or succession alternatives. The principals of Hale Holdings Group are highly qualified, value-added investors with substantial managerial, financial and marketing experience.
