John Hale has over 30 years experience as CEO of a variety of companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, company operations and financing. Mr. Hale also has extensive private equity experience as an operating partner with Norwest Equity Partners ("NEP") since 1998. At NEP, Mr. Hale continues to be directly involved in the identification, qualification, analysis and closing of both initial company investments and follow-on acquisitions for certain of NEP's platform investments. He is also active in the evaluation and due diligence phase of the buyout and recapitalization process, and serves as a resource for NEP portfolio company management teams for strategic planning, business growth and corporate governance as a board member.

John received his BS from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Babson College.

Bill Hale has been involved in financing, advising and investing in independent power and energy projects for over 20 years. Mr. Hale worked on a wide array of projects including conventional gas, coal and oil fired power plants, pipelines, gas storage, LNG and petrochemical facilities. His renewable energy experience includes wind, solar, geothermal, hydro and biomass projects. Bill took a lead role in successfully financing over $10 billion of capital projects during his 17 year tenure at ABN AMRO Bank, and was responsible for the management of the Integrated Energy Project Finance effort for over four years. Mr. Hale's responsibilities included origination of new transactions and management of a $1.5 billion portfolio of project finance assets. He has extensive experience in transaction origination, analysis of project economics, financial structuring, commercial negotiation of financing and contract terms, and technical/legal due diligence.

Joseph has over 15 years of equities and derivatives trading experience. He has extensive experience in asset valuation, market analysis and identifying opportunities for value investing in a broad spectrum of asset classes. Mr. Hale is actively evaluating opportunities on a macro-economic scale and specific opportunities for Hale Holdings to capitalize on a local level. Prior to joining Hale Holdings, Joseph was a professional equities and derivatives trader for 10 years. Before trading, Joseph was an entrepreneur and received two US patents.

Joseph earned his BBA from Texas A&M University
